The one where a rebrand vision comes to life. 

During this project, our team supported Eva in completely refining her brand strategy and offer development. We were initially contracted for three months to complete this project and after this time, Eva continued to work with our team for nearly a full year developing the strategy for multiple launches and email marketing campaigns. For this client, it was important for our team to step in and act as part of her marketing team so that Eva could spend time in her zone of genius in her business and be present at home with her toddler and husband.

BRIEF

Eva Macias & Associates helps clients have a strong understanding of the financial basics and supports them in taking action to expand their wealth. Eva has dedicated her life to teaching women and working families how to achieve financial freedom, remaining committed to “leveling the financial playing field” for all families so that everyone can reach their financial goals. She’s helped numerous clients buy their first home, invest for the future, help set their children up for financial success and so much more. 

Eva entrusted our team to help her next-level the brand to align with her vision for her life and the lives of those she serves.

When Eva came to us, she wanted to better connect with her audience through the power of her brand.

Eva wanted to create a low ticket evergreen program in addition to expanding her client load on the financial services side of her business.

Because sales are directly correlated to the way the brand is positioned, we started with a complete overhaul for Eva’s brand. This meant we conducted an initial brand audit where we identified potential gaps. From here, our team conducted a series of meetings with Eva to help her work through her brand foundations, identity, and experience. Once we had the information we needed, we developed an elevated messaging strategy that would better align with her target audience. This was stored in a brand guide for Eva and other members of her team to use. 

The last piece we focused on was her visual identity. Based on the messaging strategy, we put together five unique concepts and presented them to Eva. We decided to go with our Feminine Luxury concept maintaining a relatable while sophisticated vibe for Eva’s audience which consists of primarily Latina women who are also often moms or caretakers in some capacity.

Eva had been running her Financial Bootcamp course as a live, in person event.

When 2020 happened, she started running this virtually every 8 weeks or so. This model simply wasn’t sustainable for Eva especially with a new baby at home. 

We developed a launch plan for Eva’s first-ever evergreen course model for Financial Bootcamp that spanned over 8 weeks. We first hosted a pre-sale event in November and December just for Eva’s current audience. Then in January, Eva hosted a 5 day Financial Detox Masterclass that had over 300 registrants.

From there, we determined what live launch strategies would look like for her leveraging both paid and unpaid masterclass structures that led into working with her in either Financial Bootcamp or through her financial services.

Masterclass Registrants

We helped Eva host 3 live masterclasses durning her time with us.
Her first masterclass kicked off in January 2022, with just over 300 registrants.

Eva maintained a 33% live viewer rate for the January 2022 masterclass.

Evergreen Course Enrollments

Industry standard conversion rates for course launches are between 2% - 4%.

Durning the Financial Bootcamp presale launch, there was a 20% conversion rate.

Eva’s needed a website and she needed quick.

Prior to working with us, Eva was working with a web design & developer that unfortunately couldn’t grasp the rebrand and her vision.

Eva required a site that accurately & efficiently improve her business's website performance. She wanted to deliver an enhanced engagement opportunity to her audience.

So, we put all hands on deck, gathered the correct information on how we'd measure success, and our agency partner, Polished Code, knocked it out of the park with a 2 day turn around.

Prior to working with us, Eva was on an email marketing platform that was not conducive to effective funnels and was not yielding results. 

Our first step here was to set up an evergreen opt-in that would give her social media team a place to drive her audience to on her website. We provided her audience with a free e-book and they were funneled initially to her evergreen course. 

Eva’s email marketing strategy was a combination of launch-dedicated campaigns, nurture touch points, and specific campaigns designed to lead her audience to booking a call with her to increase the financial services branch of her business.
